Founded in 1986 by two entrepreneurs, Insperity created what is now referred to as a Professional Employer Organization, or PEO.  They work with business owners to mitigate their risks, contain costs, and drive revenue through fully outsourced HR services. Their tagline, “HR that makes a difference”, speaks to the impact they have on their clients’ business by enabling them to attract and retain the best talent and focus on working on their business, rather than in their business.
