Pedro Figueroa brings more than 20 years of banking industry experience to the BDO role. He is a North Bergen, NJ native and graduated from Rutgers University Business School. Prior to joining 1^st Colonial Community Bank in 2022, Figueroa previously spent a combined fifteen years as a Retail Manager at Valley Bank, Investors Bank now a division of Citizens Bank, and Republic Bank.

Figueroa has been with 1^st Colonial Community Bank since Oct 2022. In his current role as Business Development Officer, Figueroa’s responsibilities include building and expanding customer and prospect relationships for both commercial and consumer clients within the Delaware Valley footprint.
