Executive Profile: Frank Plum, President & CEO, Workplace HCM
Frank Plum grew up in Burlington County and was raised in Marlton, NJ where he still currently resides with his family.
After graduating High School, he attended Cabrini University and majored in English/Communications with a focus in television and broadcast journalism. After graduating college 2002, Frank started his television and broadcast career working for local production houses like Nancy Glass Productions and Banyan Productions, while moonlighting for television shows like Lou Tilly’s Sports Connection.
In 2005, Frank realized that the television and broadcast industry wasn’t for him and began his career in the payroll & human resource management industry at Paychex Inc. In 2017 Frank co-founded Workplace Human Capital Management along with his long-time colleague Kevin Kardos. They both believed that payroll was just a function of human resources and felt that businesses could scale faster and become more efficient by combining human capital management technology with outsourced SHRM Certified HR Managers and dedicated payroll specialist.
As President & CEO, Frank has been recognized over the years as one of the Top Executives in South Jersey and has led Workplace to one of the fastest growing payroll & human resource management companies in the Greater Philadelphia Area by the Philadelphia 100 Forum.
Frank currently serves on The Marlton Economic Advisory Council as well as sits on the board of the Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce, and The Food Bank of South Jersey. Along with being a business owner Frank is also married to his high school sweetheart, Jessica and they have two children, Connor and Carter. In Frank’s spare time he coaches soccer and is also an avid golfer.
