Horatiu brings over 20 years of expertise in leadership, finance, operations, and accounting. In 2024, he joined CLM Advisors, a firm specializing in business advisory and consulting services with a focus on accounting, finance, and fiscal management.

Currently an Executive and Principal at the Firm, Horatiu plays a pivotal leadership and strategic role, driving CLM’s success by overseeing client engagements, providing expert guidance, and promoting business growth.

In his capacity as an Executive, Horatiu collaborates with employees to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with the firm’s mission and objectives. He identifies opportunities for new client engagements and service offerings, monitors project performance metrics, and contributes to the development of methodologies, tools, and resources to enhance service delivery.

As a Principal, Horatiu directs client engagements by aligning business strategies with client goals. He develops innovative solutions to address complex business challenges and delivers actionable insights grounded in data analysis, industry trends, and best practices.

Before joining CLM Advisors, Horatiu spent 17+ years at The Siegfried Group, where he held multiple roles starting out as a Senior Associate and moving into various leadership roles such as Director of Forecasting and Analysis, Operations Director, Chief of Staff, and Vice President & Regional Managing Director. 

Horatiu contributed to the firm’s significant growth, including the opening of two new markets, growing the firm from $65M in revenue and 200 employees in 2006 to $450M in revenue and over 1400 employees.  His responsibilities included overseeing strategic development, processes and initiatives related to training and developing a growing team, both technically and qualitatively as well as working closely with CFOs to implement all financial and operational functions at the enterprise level.

Horatiu has received his MBA from the University of Delaware, and his Bachelor in Finance from Babes-Bolyai University. In addition, Horatiu has accumulated +10 years of Leadership Coaching training from Strategic Coach.

Horatiu resides in Wilmington, Delaware with his wife and their son, loves reading and is a passionate tennis and golf player.
