          McDowell Law, PC is owned by two women attorneys, Ellen M. McDowell, Esq. and Rachael B. Brekke, Esq., who practice in many areas of law.  Ellen started our Maple Shade firm in 1997 and built an extensive bankruptcy practice representing consumers and businesses.  Rachael joined the firm in 2017 and handles estate planning and litigation, contract litigation, and consumer fraud litigation.  Ellen and Rachael are a great team of litigators who enjoy handling jury trials together.  The firm has eleven attorneys who value representing clients across Burlington County in many different practice areas.

          Ellen has served on the Main Street Maple Shade, Inc. for many years as a committed Maple Shade business who values the success of all local businesses on Main Street.  Rachael is currently the President of the Camden County Bar Association and Vice President of the Board for Cathedral Kitchen in Camden.
