Engaging with BCRCC’s Women’s Business Network (WBN) is a great way for our women entrepreneurs, leaders and workforce to come together to encourage & support each other; to learn from each other; to talk about what we have in common as well as what makes us unique; to share our experiences, our setbacks, & our dreams; to provide woman-to-woman mentorship; to consider qualities that make amazing women leaders — competence, compassion, courage, commitment, & confidence (the 5Cs!)— and to inspire each other to even greater heights.
