About the Keynotes:  

As Chief Investment Officer for Fulton Financial Advisors and Fulton Private Bank, Mark leads a team of client-focused portfolio managers and is responsible for the firm's investment strategy including strategic and tactical asset allocation, manager selection/due diligence, and portfolio construction. Prior to joining Fulton in 2023, Mark spent a decade as a key investment leader in the asset management arm of a major national bank focused on developing innovative investment solutions for institutions, families, and individual investors. Mark holds a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from the University of Chicago, a master’s degree in physics from the University of Cambridge, and a B.S. degree in astronomy and astrophysics from Yale University.
