Quianna Agent has been promoted to Chief Inclusion Officer at Fulton Bank, where she leads efforts to align inclusion strategies with business objectives through community-connected workplace culture. Previously serving as Fulton's inaugural leader in this space since 2022, she now focuses on building inclusion frameworks that empower employees and strengthen community partnerships.

With over 19 years of prior financial leadership experience - including roles as Financial Center Manager, Commercial Banking Talent Manager, Diversity & Inclusion Manager, and Market Growth leader - Quianna bridges operational expertise with cultural transformation. She holds a B.A. in Political Science (Public Administration/Spanish minors) from Kutztown University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Management to further enhance her strategic leadership capabilities.

A member of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association's Inclusion Advisory Committee, Quianna was recognized in 2023 as one of Savoy magazine's Most Influential Executives for her cultural leadership. Beyond corporate strategy, she enjoys fitness, international travel, and exploring rail history with her train-enthusiast son.
