He served as both Acting Director and Associate Director of CIA’s operations outside the United States from 1993-1995. Jack served as Chief of the Latin American Division from 1992-1993. He served abroad in seven countries. Jack recently published Spymaster’s Prism: The Fight Against Russian Aggression which focuses on Russian intelligence aggression against our national interests including inside the United States. He is a founding partner and President of The Arkin Group LLC, a New York-based international risk consulting and intelligence firm, and is a member of The Council on Foreign Relations.
