Development: An Overview

A comprehensive, well-rounded development program must run on all cylinders; simultaneously advancing major and planned gifts, enlisting and retaining donors, seeking grants, all while sustaining good stewardship and recognition, volunteer management, and other related tasks. Small shops are uniquely challenged to perform these functions, perhaps while wearing other hats. This session will provide an overview of the essential components, priorities, and efficiency tips.
