Engagement Fundraising is all about relationships. In order to grow their programs, development professionals must actively engage volunteers, donors, and staff. We will devote this session to the work of engagement; including organizational structure and governance, volunteer recruiting and orientation, donor cultivation and solicitation, recognition and stewardship, and communication.
