The OTC has offered adult day services for adults with severe developmental disabilities for more than 35 years. These services help our consumers to develop daily living and self-care skills, while becoming more active members of their community. IN order to fully satisfy the changing needs of our clients we provide: day habilitation, community inclusion, and a special needs program. Our Community Access Centers further exemplify our dedication to high standards. We currently operate four centers throughout Burlington County.
