About

Joe Ohlweiler, President/CEO of The Alternative Board Southern New Jersey (TAB SNJ) has over 30 years of Fortune 50 and small business management experience, with 25 years in corporate and organizational leadership roles, including CFO, at NBCUniversal, Comcast, and Verizon.  In addition, Joe co-led a small manufacturing/wholesaling business with distribution from Wal-Mart to single-store owners.

Joe has vast experience leading teams, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial operations, analytics, modeling, deal negotiations, and governance.  Joe has managed at all levels and understands the importance of developing a strong team through coaching and mentoring.

Joe has a Finance degree and MBA from Rider University, where he has been a board member on a leadership organization board for over 15 years.  He volunteers in the local community, including with Meals on Wheels.  He also serves on the Finance Committee and Membership Committee for Tavistock Country Club. 

Joe is StratPro certified to help businesses of all sizes establish the right vision for their organization, align their teams around a plan to achieve the vision, and successfully execute their plans.

 


JTO Advisors and TABSNJ (The Alternative Board SNJ) provides fractional CFO services, Strategic Planning, Coaching, Business Peer Groups and Training to small and mid-size business owners and CEOs.

As a fractional CFO, we provide all CFO services on an as needed basis, from budgeting, forecasting, monthly reviews and advisory to strategic planning, modeling and long term planning.

Advisory board meetings provide a wealth of input, expertise and perspectives for solving business problems and leveraging business opportunities, as well as the accountability to take action, create momentum and get results.
  • Executive Coaching with an expert business coach. Executive coaching focuses more deeply on the business challenges and opportunities discussed at advisory board meetings, on the implementation of strategic action plans, and for mapping the path forward.
  • Business Strategic Planning Tools Cloud Based, providing cutting-edge technology to capture, track and support business vision, planning, strategy, marketing, organizational design, team member accountabilities, business analysis (SWOT), and KPI measures to help assess progress and more.
  • StratPro is our Leadership Team Workshops to build out and implement the strategic plan with the leadership team, and provide accountability to ensure execution throughout the year.
