Kim Mileszko is the Job Developer for the Lenape Regional High School District. She specializes in finding internship and employment opportunities for Intellectually Disabled young adults between the ages of 18-21. Kim excels at matching the students strengths to employers needs. Kim has a passion for this demographic and firmly believes that regardless of perceived barriers to success there are limitless opportunities for gainful employment. Her program was recently honored by USA Today for a Human kindness award and was spotlighted on NOW THIS Social Media.
