The ideal candidate must possess a New Jersey State professional social work license in the mental health or social service-related field (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW, LAC).

The ideal candidate must also have experience in providing mental health services to individuals with mild, moderate, and severe mental health disorders and/or challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and psychotherapy approaches effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Support clients in developing coping strategies and achieving their personal goals.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required.
• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or equivalent in the state of practice is preferred. (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW, LAC)
• Experience in cognitive behavioral therapy and psychotherapy is essential.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and practices is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children and individuals with disabilities.
