We are pleased to announce the following promotions within the BCRCC team:

Alyssa DePonte has been promoted to Vice President, Membership & Marketing. In her new role, Alyssa will oversee membership recruitment and engagement, as well as lead all aspects of our marketing initiatives. We are thrilled to welcome Alyssa back to the team in this vital leadership position.

Melissa Vrancik has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer. Melissa will continue supporting our members through member services and will now oversee office administration, including internal events, account management, room rentals, schedule coordination, and more. She will also continue to serve as the chief support to our CEO.

We are fortunate to have such a dedicated and talented team working to support our members and help them make meaningful connections through our programs and services. Alyssa and Melissa will be instrumental as BCRCC moves into the next 50 years of service to our community.
